Sometimes the delivery can be a little bit faster and the parcel or even the items in it can get damaged or lost.
You can find an overview of the ordered items on the delivery bill. If items are damaged, document the damage with photos and send them with your order number/order number to our Customer Service.
Please note that in addition, the entire order must be handed over to the shipping service provider for damage assessment.
Important!!! This must be done within the time limit of seven days as required by applicable statute.
