How and when will I receive my voucher?Updated 5 months ago

The voucher will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. Subsequently, it cannot be sent to an alternative e-mail address.

Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for payment by instant bank transfer. As soon as we have successfully received your payment, the voucher will be sent automatically. 

For data-related reasons, we do not have access to the gift voucher. It is best to keep it carefully until you have received your goods and wish to keep them.

Note: If you have paid for your order with a gift voucher, we will refund the purchase amount to this voucher. This means that the gift voucher is active again and you can use it for your next order.
