We have a fast turnaround process to meet our stated delivery time. The time slot for a change or cancellation is mostly no longer given.

However, if you have already received the shipping confirmation, a change or cancellation is no longer possible. 

You have the possibility to return the goods within 14 days after receiving them. You can find help here : How do I return my order?

Note: If your order is successfully canceled, the amount will be refunded immediately to your payment method.
