How can I collect points?
You can collect points at Hey Marly in many different ways. These points will be credited to your account automatically. *You will receive 5 points for every 1 € of invoice amount (less shipping costs). This also applies to sale or discount promotion
Will the points be credited to my account immediately after I place the order?
When you place an order in our Hey Marly store, the points will be credited to your account after 21 days from the date of shipment and will be redeemable. If you want to return something from your order, the points will be credited only for the item
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have reached a quantity of 1,000 points, you can convert them into a discount and apply it to your order. Using the slider in the check-out you can redeem up to 3000 points, that is a discount of up to 30 €. Accumulated points cannot be paid
