How can I collect points?
You can collect points at Hey Marly in many different ways. These points will be credited to your account automatically. *You will receive 5 points for every 1 € of invoice amount (less shipping costs). This also applies to sale or discount promotion
Will the points be credited to my account immediately after I place the order?
When you place an order in our Hey Marly store, the points will be credited to your account after 21 days from the date of shipment and will be redeemable. If you want to return something from your order, the points will be credited only for the item
How do I redeem my points?
As soon as you have reached 1,000 points, you can redeem them at check-out. Here you can redeem up to 3000 points - i.e. a discount of up to €30. Accumulated points cannot be paid out in cash. *You will receive 5 points for every 1 € of invoice amoun
