This status means that the delivery was not successful. The reasons for this are shown in your shipping status.

You can also see from your shipping status if another delivery attempt was made or if the parcel was left with a neighbor or a branch. 

In general, undeliverable shipments are returned to us and automatically refunded as soon as the package has been checked and booked in the warehouse.
