We do not cover the cost of return shipping. As for shipping back to us, you are welcome to use a shipping service provider of your choice. 

We would like to offer our customers free return shipping as a service. At this point, we have to honestly say that as a young company, we can't compete with the other popular e-commerce giants. These costs would be quite simply too much for us to handle.

Despite constantly rising prices for manufacturing, freight costs, etc., we want to continue to offer our products at fair prices for our customers. In addition, unlike our competitors, we would like to refrain from hiding free return shipping in higher product prices. For the sake of the environment, we also like to support the aspect of making a purchase decision more consciously.

We would be happy if the return costs do not reduce the joy of our products.
