You can see by the tracking number that your order has already been packed and submitted to our shipping partner. The transmission of the data can take up to 24 hours. Please be patient. The shipment status should update soon. 

Please note that the next scan will only take place at the local DHL depot and not when the packages are picked up from our warehouse.

Depending on the volume of shipments, it may happen from time to time that individual shipments are at the parcel center waiting for further processing. If the shipping status of your order has not been updated within the next 4 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team. Contact form
