How do I return my order?Updated 2 months ago
As a customer you have the option within 14 days after receipt of your order to cancel it and return the goods at your own expense. This applies to a revocation from abroad as well as from Germany.

Here are the most important return instructions:
1. put all returned items in their original packaging in your package.
2. enclose the delivery bill. If you don't have the shipping label, please write your order number and name on a piece of paper and enclose it with your return.
3. take your package to the post office and send it to the following address.

4. we would recommend you to choose insured shipping, because this way you make sure that your package is traceable and in case of loss you can claim the damage via the chosen shipping service provider.
5. If your return has already been successfully registered, please be patient. Your return is still being processed and will be checked and refunded as soon as possible.
We have one more request regarding our products. We would like to resell tried on items and not have to dispose of them. Therefore, please wear, especially our shoes, exclusively on the floor, preferably still on a carpet. We can only guarantee a return if the goods are in perfect condition, preferably in the condition in which they were delivered. In addition, the goods must be in the original product packaging.
We usually need up to 10 working days to process your return.
