With a genuine leather upper sole, footprints cannot be prevented in the long run. By regularly using a leather brush or a dirt eraser, you can keep your sandals clean without much effort. Dirt erasers are also ideal for slightly more stubborn stains. 

Our Hey Marly espadrilles require a little more care. Before wearing them for the first time, we recommend treating the entire shoe, including the baste sole, with our waterproofing spray "The Umbrella" to prevent dust and dirt from settling too strongly in the fibers.

The application can be repeated in between. Should there still be one or the other stain in the fabric, you can carefully remove it with a damp cloth and lukewarm soapy water.
