Can I exchange items?Updated 7 months ago

We can't make a direct exchange due to logistical and system reasons, so please cancel your order. At the same time you can place a new order in the store.

As soon as we receive your return of the first order, we will refund the invoice amount within 14 working days to the payment method you have deposited with us.

We have one more request regarding our products. We would like to resell tried on items and not have to dispose of them. Therefore, please wear, especially our shoes, exclusively on the floor, preferably still on a carpet. We can only guarantee a return if the item is in perfect condition, preferably as delivered.

Note: If you want to exchange your sandal because of the size, it is sufficient to send only this as a return. After all, you want to use the toppings for the new size, so you do not need to send them back.
